Unfortunately it didn’t sell at the time and I felt that it would be wise to have a vendor’s advocate by my side the next time I listed it. I met Carly in February this year (2017) and I held on to two of her recommendations; ‘trust the auction process’ and ‘sell when you feel ready.’ I appreciated Carly’s easy-going style and decided to list for a May auction.
